Why H.N.D Holders are neglected in appointing as English Teacher

why we are neglected in appointing as English teacher?

We spend our 2 years period in learning English

We learn teaching methodology

We have training in teaching

We learn all the subject in English medium

our all the subjects are related to English curriculum

Even though we are neglected in appointing as English teacher. a tragedy incident happen recently that we are again neglected by the Eastern Provincial council teaching Examination..

they call for open competitive examination and held the exam but without releasing examination result they fill the vacancies with degree holders who did the degree in English medium.

I ask you all

 how can teach English literature by a degree holders who finished their degree in English medium in M.I.T, Management, Commerce??????

02. Can anybody teach English subject having the degree in any field with English as a subject?

03. Can H.N.D in English holder teach English subject having the Higher National Diploma in English with these following curriculum (in  2 ½ Years…)?
